• Defective products, incorrect product type, or missing items compared to the order.
• Expired products.
• Damaged products.
Return/Exchange Period: Within 10 days.
1. Regulations regarding notification and return/exchange timeframes
• Notification timeframe for returns/exchanges: Within 24 hours of receiving the product in case of defects or damage.
• Return/exchange timeframe: Within 14 days of receiving the product.

2. Cases eligible for exchange/return:
• Products with technical defects or damage caused by the manufacturer.
• Products that have expired or show signs of prior use.
• Errors during delivery, such as missing items or breakage before reaching the customer.
• Incorrect product delivered.
3. Conditions for Return/Exchange
• The product must be intact, with complete packaging, box, foam inserts, and instruction manual (if any).
• Order confirmation notice and VAT invoice (if any).
• The product must not be scratched, cracked, wet, contaminated with chemicals, or altered in any way.
• The product must show no signs of use (in case of incorrect product delivery).
